1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website studiowebvip.com and all services provided by Studio Web VIP LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including digital marketing services, advertising management, and CRM platform access.
By accessing our website, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Studio Web VIP LLC provides digital marketing and lead generation services, which may include:
- Paid advertising campaign management (Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms)
- Audience targeting, optimization and performance reporting
- Landing pages, creatives and capture pages
- CRM platform access and marketing automation
- Follow-up automation via email, SMS and WhatsApp
The specific scope of services is defined by the plan you purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Our plans are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing date
- Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and do not include advertising budget paid directly to third-party platforms
- We may update pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your next renewal
- Failed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled
4. Advertising Spend
Unless expressly stated in writing, the fees for our plans cover management services only. Advertising budget paid to platforms such as Meta, Google or TikTok is separate and is your responsibility.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at studiowebvip@gmail.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
- Because our services are delivered continuously throughout each billing cycle, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business, billing and contact information
- Grant the access we require to advertising accounts, pages and analytics
- Supply brand assets, approvals and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure that all materials you provide are truthful and that you own the rights to them
- Comply with the advertising policies of each platform we operate on your behalf
7. No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, your offer and your sales process. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a particular number of leads, conversions, sales, revenue, ranking or return on ad spend. Any examples or case studies presented are illustrative and not a promise of performance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Studio Web VIP LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Creative assets produced specifically for your campaigns become your property upon full payment, except for any underlying tools, templates, frameworks or third-party licensed materials, which remain ours or our licensors’.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed by the other party during the engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms including advertising networks, payment processors and CRM providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or pricing changes imposed by those platforms.
11. Communications Consent
By providing your contact details you consent to receive service-related and marketing communications by email and SMS. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or use the unsubscribe link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to promote illegal products or services, publish misleading or fraudulent claims, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Web VIP LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Web VIP LLC, its officers and contractors from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, the materials you provide, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that harms our business or other clients. Upon termination, any fees owed remain payable.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
